Thanks to the National Park Service (NPS) permitting our Historic Tax Credits, we were able to add on to an existing five story Cream City brick building from the city’s legendary industrial era. We added on four stories to the established building’s southern side (along Florida Street). We left the standing Cream City brick building in its current condition to serve as homage to Milwaukee’s hardworking history.
